We polled many of our valued subcontractors to determine what was important to them in maintaining a strong and positive relationship with U.S Veterans Construction & Management, Corp. We also asked our internal Estimating, Project Management, and Accounting departments what constitutes a positive subcontractor relationship, and the answer is simple, TEAM WORK.
We have assembled a team that is dedicated, competitive, and result driven. Because our customers are important to us, we screen our subcontractors to be sure they fit the standard of excellence we strive for here at U.S. Veterans Construction & Management Corp.

All of our Subcontractors are closely monitored for quality performance, and their progress is examined through weekly progress meetings, safety talks, and weekly progress reports with our Project Managers and Supervisors. Communication with our subcontractors is key, and all communications are documented via e-mail or fax and distributed to all the necessary staff at U.S. Veterans Construction & Management Corp., which is handling that particular project.
